From July to October 2025, this inspiring series brings together theatre-makers, performers, and creatives with roots in Hong Kong — whether born there, newly arrived, or just passing through. Across cities and venues throughout the UK, their voices converge in a celebration of memory, resilience, and imagination.

Each performance opens a window onto a cultural world shaped by migration, heritage, and the heartbeat of a city once called home. These stories resonate far beyond borders — rooted in the Hong Kong experience, yet reflecting universal themes of identity, displacement, belonging, and hope.

 

Drawing from Hong Kong’s dynamic spirit — its creativity, tenacity, and quest for expression — these artists weave personal and collective histories into forms of storytelling that invite reflection and connection.
